All pavilions come standard with electric package which includes 1 Switch and 1 Outlet as well as 1 ceiling droptail for fan/light and 1 Pigtail (junction box). A licensed electrician is needed for final wiring and installation of light fixtures. All pavilions come standard with cortex screws (hidden) and hurricane straps.
